All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. PlayGear is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PlayGear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
However, feel free to reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
