Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@HomeWhizz.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on the next steps.
Shipping & Processing Notes
As a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Because of this:
- Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items not caused by our error
- Items returned without prior approval
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
